B44 HIRE 12" BLAST MACHINE IMPACTS S320 11KW

320MM WIDE CAPTIVE BLAST MACHINE C/W DUST COLLECT UNIT AND HOSE

Mainly used for the preparation of concrete floors but equally effective on steel surfaces. The machine is electrically driven forward. The dust collection unit as with larger machines has continuous reverse air jet filtration cleaning. Recognized in the industry as the modern fast versatile environmental dust free means to dry abrasive cleaning and texturing of horizontal or Slightly inclined surfaces.

This eliminates mess normally associated with hand blasting. Leaves an ideal surface for coatings and overlays to be applied. Abrasive and debris is contained to prevent hazardous working and environmental pollution.

Can do up to 100m2 per hour on non coated floor, and 75m2 per hour on coated floor,

also used to prepare steel surfaces to suitable metal profile finish. This simple to use machine has a deadmans operation for the drive system so it prevents it being driven if the operator doesnt keep handle closed.

Also has much easier maintenance facility that makes it a fast turn around after each hire or easy fix at site by trained operators. Makes this ideal machine for novice or in-experianced users.

Captive blasting should not be used on any surfaces that are damp, wet, oily, greasy or contaminated that will prevent the shot from being recycled and will dump the shot over the floor and block the blasting system.
